* Please remember that we are not a Registered Charity, so you will not receive a tax receipt for your donation. You are donating funds simply to help create a site that will help all our kids with no expectation of any other form of compensation.
Although these funds should be viewed as a pure donation, and carry no promise of a successful launch (though we are working very hard to this end!), we will be setting aside 10% of the site's net profits to be shared by everyone who contributes to the site through this process, in proportion to the amount donated. This donation is not considered to be an investment of any kind and, as a result, no shares will be issued. The 10% net profit that is being set aside should be viewed solely as the offering of participation in potential site profits from a grateful team. This profit sharing will be in effect for the first five years post-launch (unlike many other on-line ventures, we anticipate this site to be profitable within the second year of launch).
